Lamb 'delighted' by decision to conduct survey into light pollution

Norman Lamb, Liberal Democrat MP for North Norfolk, has been told that Bacton Gas Terminal will be subject to a light survey following complaints received from local residents.

Commenting on the news, Mr Lamb said: "I am delighted that Tullow will be conducting a light survey at the site and review their lighting requirements. I have been told by their regional manager that they aim to complete the survey and have a plan in place by the end of March."

Mr Lamb has been following up complaints made by local residents with Tullow Oil regarding light pollution from the Bacton site.

Bacton Gas Terminal is managed by Tullow Oil UK/Petrofac.
