"Low Carbon Building Programme Announcement too little too late" says Norman Lamb

Responding to Malcolm Wicks' announcement of £30 million funding for the Low Carbon Building Programme, Norman Lamb said, "This is too little, too late. This sum is a pittance and will not transform the energy landscape."

"The Government should look at the regulatory regime to make sure nothing can block the development of microgeneration," he continued
